LensLink (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a platform that connects customers (“Clients”) with service providers (“Creators”) for purchasing creative services. Our goal is to facilitate a secure and efficient environment for these transactions.
2. Account Registration
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Service.
- Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
3. Services and Transactions
- Service Listings: Creators can list their services on LensLink, including detailed descriptions and pricing. Clients can browse and purchase these services.
- Service Purchase: When a Client purchases a service, they agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the service listing. Payments are processed through our platform.
- Delivery and Acceptance: Creators are responsible for delivering the service as described and within the agreed timeframe. Clients must review and accept the delivered work or request revisions in a timely manner.
- Disputes: If a dispute arises between a Client and a Creator, we encourage both parties to resolve it amicably. If necessary, LensLink may intervene and mediate based on our sole discretion.
4. Fees and Payments
- Pricing: Creators set the price for their services. LensLink may charge service fees to Clients and/or Creators, which will be clearly communicated during the transaction process.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to the provider’s terms of service.
- Refunds: Refunds may be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is subject to change and can be reviewed here.
5. User Conduct
- Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Attempting to compromise the security of the Service or other users’ accounts.
- Content Standards: Any content you upload or post on LensLink must be lawful, respectful, and in compliance with our Community Guidelines
6. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: LensLink and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property.
- User Content: You retain ownership of the content you upload or create on LensLink. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.
7. Termination
- Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our platform.
- Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LensLink, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
