LensLink Community Guidelines

At LensLink, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all our users. To ensure this, we have established the following Community Guidelines. These guidelines apply to all activities on our platform, including the content you create, share, and engage with as a Client or Creator.

General Conduct

We expect all users to interact in a respectful and professional manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment: Any form of harassment, abuse, or intimidation directed at other users.
  • Discrimination: Discriminatory comments or actions based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or any other protected status.
  • Inappropriate Content: Posting or sharing content that is obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate.
  • Illegal Activities: Engaging in or promoting activities that are illegal under applicable laws.

Content Guidelines

As a Creator or Client, you are responsible for ensuring that all content you post or share on LensLink adheres to these guidelines:

  • Accuracy: Content must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Ensure that your service descriptions and qualifications are clear and factual.
  • Respect: Content must not contain hate speech, threats, or any form of abusive language.
  • Privacy: Do not post or share personal information of others without their consent. This includes but is not limited to addresses, phone numbers, and private messages.
  • Intellectual Property: Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. This includes using images, videos, or text that you do not have the right to use.
  • Adult Content: The posting of explicit or pornographic content is strictly prohibited. All content must be suitable for a general audience.

Review and Removal of Content

LensLink reserves the right to review and, if necessary, remove any content that violates these Community Guidelines or our Terms of Service. This includes:

  • Pre-Publication Review: We may review content before it is published on our platform to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
  • Post-Publication Review: We continually monitor content and may remove or request modifications to content that is flagged as inappropriate.
  • Immediate Removal: Content that poses immediate harm or violates legal regulations will be removed without prior notice.

Suspension and Banning

Violations of these guidelines may result in the suspension or banning of your account. Actions that may lead to suspension or banning include, but are not limited to:

  • Repeated Violations: Persistent failure to comply with our Community Guidelines.
  • Severe Violations: Posting content or engaging in behavior that poses significant harm or is egregiously offensive.
  • Criminal Activity: Involvement in or promotion of criminal activities.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, what constitutes a violation and the appropriate response.

Background Checks

To ensure the safety and integrity of our platform, LensLink may perform background checks on Creators. This may include:

  • Criminal Records: Screening for past criminal activity that may pose a risk to the community.
  • Content History: Reviewing past content and online behavior for consistency with our guidelines.

Background checks will be conducted at our discretion and may be part of the onboarding process or ongoing monitoring.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it to us through the following methods:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the reporting features available on our platform.
  • Email: Contact our support team at support@LensLink.com.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly and confidentially.

Updates to Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes and encourage you to review these guidelines periodically to stay informed about our community standards.
